Store teams and front line staff have been instrumental in ensuring retail brands continue to provide a safe and exceptional experience for customers - especially over the last 12 months.
With millions of meaningful customer and brand interactions happening every day, both physically and digitally, we want to hear about the ones which have made the biggest impact on your retail business. Has customer feedback led to slicker in-store processes? Have changes you’ve made in-store resulted in increased customer satisfaction? Has someone in your team really shone through and demonstrated true customer obsession? We want to hear from you!

The Proud of My Store competition is open to anyone working within the retail industry (whether that’s in-store or in an office) or anywhere that has a physical point of sale or service. This includes Restaurants, Gyms, Pharmacies, Beauty Salons, Hairdressers, Banks, etc. and is open to applicants within the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.
Retail teams and stores can enter the competition as many times as they like. If you have multiple examples and stories of how you’ve been successful in delivering exceptional customer experience, we want to hear about it. There’s no limit to how proud you are so be sure to spread the word amongst your team members too.
We want to hear every day empowering stories of how your store team and colleagues have gone above and beyond to ensure they delivered an unforgettable customer experience.
No story or example is too big or too small to enter into the competition. Often the smallest change or initiative can make for an amazing story and quite often have an impressive impact on the business.
When you submit your story, try to include as much information and context as you can. However, even if it’s just a couple of sentences, this is fine as long as you’ve said everything you need to.
At Critizr, we want to reward the stores who have impressed us the most with their stories of why they are proud of their store (although we wish we could reward you all). That’s why we are picking monthly winners as well as an overall winner at the end of June.
Monthly winning stores will each receive Ben’s luxury cookies for the whole team to share and a £100 donation to your store’s chosen charity.
The overall winner (selected from our monthly winners) will win a luxury hamper for the whole team to share, an additional donation of £300 to your store’s chosen charity and the title of becoming the ‘Proudest Store’ in the UK.
The monthly winners will be carefully and fairly reviewed and chosen by a selection of Critizr employees from the customer success and marketing departments.
The overall Proud of My Store winner will be chosen in June by a panel of independent retail expert judges on the basis of relevance and creativity.
The great news is, you can enter right now! Be sure to be quick and submit your entry before the last day of each month to be included in the monthly draws. The overall winner will be selected on 30th June 2021 when the competition ends.
We can’t wait to hear all your amazing, inspiring and empowering retail and customer stories. Remember, it’s because of these stories that you can hold your head up high and say, ‘I’m proud of my store’... because we are proud of you.
